Dr. Oltmans and his experienced,

Most major credit cards are accepted. Medica and Medical Assistance
patients are currently not being accepted. Dr. Oltmans office is
conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis in the Medical Arts Building
on 9th and Nicollet Mall with validated parking in an attached ramp.
